There is probably no other Colorado land where you see the valley floor with its working ranches immediately in front of you.  And when you look over the horses, cows and farms, thank the San Isabel Land Preservation Trust for protecting this view from future development or subdivisions.

No where else in Colorado can you see so many high mountains
and still be only at a comfortable and cool 7,800' elevation.
